What better ocassion than this to share one of our favourite seasonal cocktails: The Sage-Fig Rum Punch!
Not only does this cocktail look beautiful, but its fresh yet herbal taste acts as the perfect complement to all courses found in this festive chapter.
Ingredients (for 1):
2 oz white rum
1 oz Grand Marnier
2 tbsp sage-infused simple syrup (see page 112 of the book)
1/2 lemon, juiced
Club soda
1/2 fig for garnish
How-To:
Add rum, Grand Marnier, simple syrup, and lemon juice to a rocks glass with ice - stir gently until well combined. Top with club soda and garnish with fig.
