Instead of serving a traditional salad, we offer a composed salad: The Fig, Gorgonzola & Walnut Salad with Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette.
The flavours shine through with every bite, but the real key to this dish is presentation. By spreading the radicchio and crostinis as the base, then adding the lettuce and other elements to the centre, you create something a lot more interesting.
And if you're thinking that plating each salad individual might take more time and effort than you'd like - remember to prep! Plate the salads just before guests arrive and have the dressing ready on the side for when you're ready to serve!
