A salad fit for the season 💀
As you all know, we are big on appetizers so we decided to serve a classic Caprese salad but with a spooky twist. We chose this dish because It’s quick, easy, and with a small teak, eerily festive. 💀
You will need a skull-shaped silicon mould to create the skull mozzarella. This can be found on our Amazon storefront - click the link in our bio. 💀

Ingredients
• 1/4 cup micro greens
• 1-pint multicolour cherry tomatoes
• 2 tbsp Balsamic reduction
• 1 Salt
• 2 tbsp Olive oil
• 8 oz Mozzarella
Instructions
- Make the mozzarella skulls by cutting your mozzarella into mold-appropriate pieces, and placing them on a microwave-safe dish.
- Microwave for 20 seconds, we don’t need the cheese to be bubbling hot, just warm enough to easily spoon into the mold.
- Once your mold is full, place it in the refrigerator to set, for about 8-10 minutes.
- While the cheese is setting. Slice the cherry tomatoes, and arrange them on your desired serving platter. Top with micro greens.
- Scatter your now-set mozzarella skulls. Drizzle with your balsamic reduction, and olive oil, and add salt & pepper.
Now just watch as guests do a double take as you serve this masterpiece!
