Fresh Fruit Parfait Bowls are exactly what you need! They are such a fresh final course and presented in a way that are almost too pretty to eat!
Ingredients (for 8):
4 fruits to use as bowls (papaya, cantaloupe, small watermelon, etc.), cut in half and hollowed out enough to fill/use as bowl
6 cups of vanilla greek yogurt (3/4 cup per bowl)
2 1/2 cups of granola of your choice (1/3 cup per bowl)
2 1/2 cups of mixed berries (1/3 cup per bowl)
Honey to drizzle
How-To:
1. Begin by prepping your fruit bowls, setting each half on a plate.
2. Add yogurt to each bowl, and top with granola and berries. Add a final drizzle of honey for a touch more sweetness!
3. Serve and enjoy immediately!
